  • Standard Dose: 500 mg taken twice daily with meals.
  • Maintenance Dose: Some regimens may adjust to 1000 mg once daily, but always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.

Acute Hemorrhoidal Attacks:

  • Initial Intensive Phase: 6 tablets per day (3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening) for the first 4 days.
  • Following Phase: 4 tablets per day (2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening) for the next 3 days.
  • Maintenance Dose: After the acute phase, the dosage may be adjusted to 1 tablet twice daily for ongoing management, as directed by a healthcare provider.

Chronic Hemorrhoidal Disease:

  • Standard Dose: 500 mg taken twice daily with meals.
