What is Naxdom?
Naxdom 500 Tablet combines two migraine-prevention medications. It inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. It also blocks the signals in the brain that cause nausea and vomiting due to migraine.

Interactions
You may experience abnormal heart rhythm if you take Naxdom 500 tablets with medicines such as Amiodarone,(used to treat abnormal heart rhythm) Haloperidol, and Escitalopram (used to treat psychiatric illnesses), antibiotics, antifungals, and Lumefantrine. Tablets should be taken at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours after Cholestyramine, which is used to treat cholesterol problems. Other medications to be used with caution include phenytoin, lithium, methotrexate, digoxin probenecid, gliclazide, and sulfamethoxazole.
Overdose
If someone has taken an overdose of this medicine and has serious symptoms such as trouble breathing, seek medical advice immediately. Never take more doses than what is prescribed to you by your doctor.
Missed Dose
It is necessary to take each dose of this medication on time. If you forget a dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible to arrange for a new dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.

- It is not safe to drink alcohol while taking Naxdom 500 Tablet.

- You have to take any blood or urine tests.
- You take headache medications or pain relievers too frequently.
- You developed an allergy or a skin rash after using this medication.
- You have systemic lupus erythematosus, a type of autoimmune disease, as well as any tissue disorder or blood clotting problems.
- Naxdom 500 tablets exacerbate the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, asthma, and colitis. As a result, it should be used with caution.
