General Guidelines:
For Menstrual Disorders (e.g., heavy or painful periods):
- Dose: 5 mg three times a day.
- Duration: Start on day 5 of the cycle and continue for 20 days.
For Endometriosis:
- Dose: 5 mg three times a day.
- Duration: Start on day 5 of the cycle and continue for 6 months.
For Delaying Menstruation:
- Dose: 5 mg three times a day.
- Duration: Start three days before the expected period and continue until the desired delay (not more than 10-14 days).
For Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS):
- Dose: 5 mg two or three times a day.
- Duration: Start on day 19 or 20 of the cycle and continue until menstruation begins.
For Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding:
- Dose: 5 mg three times a day.
- Duration: For 10 days.
For Prevention of Recurrent Miscarriage:
- Dose: 5 mg once or twice a day.
- Duration: From day 16 to day 25 of the cycle.
